HOLA! To anyone this reaches😁
In September of 2024 we closed Herbs & Spices to allow Chef Rona to pursue her Culinary career to the next level.
To follow her dream........

After an 8 month intensive French Culinary Arts Diploma course at Enderun Colleges in Manila, under the curriculum of French multi-michelin starred Masterchef Alain Ducasse (Ecole Ducasse) and a long hard battle to get her Internship Visa (ask any of friends about the drama and heartaces!) I am so so proud to tell you her Visa has been granted and in early January of 2025 she will fly to Madrid to undertake a 6 month internship at the Michelin Starred restaurant 'La Tasqueria'!
The door, at last, has cracked open for you Babe.........now it is up to you to push it open more🤩

As Husband and Son we will miss you like crazy and I'm sure you will have so many days when you wonder if it is worth it. But it will be, I promise you😘

Wishing everyone a successful 2025 and lets see where our futures take us.😉

WE WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT
HERBS & SPICES WILL BE CLOSING IT'S DOORS FOR THE LAST TIME THIS SUNDAY 17th SEPTEMBER.

WHY?.............

Chef Rona will be pursuing the next step in her Culinary Career.😊

She now has the desire and passion to elevate and push herself higher. To expand her own boundaries.
To discover a new world in Culinary techniques, skills and knowledge.

On October 9th, Madam will begin an intensive Diploma course in French Culinary Arts at Enderun College in association with one of the top French Culinary schools.......'Ecole Ducasse' run by multiple Michelin Star chef Alain Ducasse.......a once in a lifetime opportunity that she has to take.

We are very sad to be closing Herbs & Spices which has dominated our lives for 2 years......but excited to begin a new chapter😁
