We, the members of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, Camarines Norte State College Chapter, realizing the needs of an organization to serve as medium of expression of an ideal aspiration to promote and protect the welfare of the accountancy students, to assert a dynamic student leadership, to attain a high degree of moral and social character, do hereby promulgate and adopt this constitution and by-laws.
