Carlos P. Garcia's journey to the presidency can be traced from his humble roots in Bohol. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws in the Philippine Law School of National University in 1923 and placed 7th in the Bar Examination. His term was remembered to be the time when he espoused his "Filipino First Policy" that championed local businesses and products.
We will be joined by our guest speaker, Atty. Severo C. Madrona Jr Ph.D. Atty Madrona is concurrently the Dean of the School of Law and College of Business Administration of the City University of Pasay. He is also a Lecturer under the Ateneo De Manila University's Department of History.
