Our beef is amazingly tender with the soup, which is nicely thick with balanced flavor. Our only sister, who graduated from an International Culinary School, together with us, brothers, formed this wonderful establishment where our only t
houghts are to serve the best dish and with an excellent service carried out by well trained staff. Our first branch will be opened on the first week of June of this year and 3 to 4 more branches will be opened until the end of this year. The main attraction, BEEF PARES, was derived from the early Beef Pares eatery in Quezon City, Metro Manila way back 1979. Beef Pares is, literally “pair”, pares is a “pairing” of beef stew and rice. The stew is made up of braised chunks of beef in water with some spices, ingredients, sugar, and its most prominent flavor, the star anise. To complete our menu, we also serve sizzling sisig, leg quarter with rice, breaded pork. siomai, kinilaw at iba pa. To set your expectations, our 5 Star Beef Pares:
