Juscel’s Restaurant & Paluto is opening soon at SM Central Iloilo, and we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to help build one of Iloilo’s newest dining destinations.

We’re searching for a chef who believes that local cuisine deserves the spotlight and has the passion to elevate Ilonggo flavors while keeping them authentic and approachable.

The Role:

As our Founding Executive Chef, you will:
• Lead menu development and innovation
• Standardize recipes and food quality
• Establish kitchen systems and food costing
• Train and mentor our kitchen team
• Help shape the future of the Juscel’s brand

This is more than a kitchen position—it’s an opportunity to leave your mark on a growing homegrown brand.

CONCEPCION'S FAMOUS RESTUARANT IS COMING TO ILOILO CITY.

Joining in the list of new restaurants to open in Iloilo Central Market is all the way from the northeastern part of Iloilo, the town of Concepcion - Juscel's Restaurant. They are bringing their fresh seafoods to table with their best sellers Garlic & Buttered Shrimps, Chili Crab, Cajun Mixed Seafoods, Grilled Pusit and Kare-Kare. Baw, tanan manamit gid ba!

For customers like us that don't frequently travel to Concepcion, it's our chance to taste Concepcion's best seafood restuarant. Can't wait for its opening. Teh, kay wala pa, mapa Concepcion na ta?

Yesterday, we closed the doors of Juscel’s Restaurant – Concepcion, Iloilo.

Not because the love stopped.
Not because the food stopped.
But because of a blindsided non-renewal by the hotel of our contract of lease.

As we look back on this video, our hearts are full.
Full of families who made us part of their celebrations,LGU partners who trusted us for meaningful gatherings,tourists who found comfort and flavor in our little corner of Concepcion, private events filled with laughter and milestones, and food bloggers who shared our story and flavors with the world.

Every dine-in, every event, every plate served—you gave life to Juscel’s beyond walls and contracts.

This may be a pause, but this is not the end.

We are already preparing to reopen in a better location, with the same heart, the same flavors, and an even stronger commitment to serve you.

We hope you’ll stay with us, wait with us, and continue this journey with us.
