Yesterday, we closed the doors of Juscel’s Restaurant – Concepcion, Iloilo.
Not because the love stopped.
Not because the food stopped.
But because of a blindsided non-renewal by the hotel of our contract of lease.
As we look back on this video, our hearts are full.
Full of families who made us part of their celebrations,LGU partners who trusted us for meaningful gatherings,tourists who found comfort and flavor in our little corner of Concepcion, private events filled with laughter and milestones, and food bloggers who shared our story and flavors with the world.
Every dine-in, every event, every plate served—you gave life to Juscel’s beyond walls and contracts.
This may be a pause, but this is not the end.
We are already preparing to reopen in a better location, with the same heart, the same flavors, and an even stronger commitment to serve you.
We hope you’ll stay with us, wait with us, and continue this journey with us.
