We’d like to share a quick update regarding our reservation policy. Recently, we had a no-show of 18 guests on a weekend. 😢 (November 08,2025 7PM)
While no food was prepared, 18 seats is a big volume to reserve especially on busy days.

To prevent this from happening again and to make sure everyone is accommodated properly, we will now require a ₱1,000 reservation fee for:
✅ First-time reservations
✅ Groups of 8 guests and above

We hope for your understanding as this helps us manage our tables and serve you better. ❤️

Paletang Matua Bistro will be closed on October 3, 2025, as the entire venue has been exclusively reserved for the Tau Gamma Phi TRILEG Anniversary Celebration.

It’s just a one-day closure , we’ll be back the next day as usual.
