Presenting the Trinity Strawberry Matcha, our Judges’ Choice Award winner from the Christmas Drink Showdown, created by our very own barista Vance Christian Tan! 🍓🍵

A cup built on three layers with one harmonious story:

“The Trinity Strawberry Matcha is composed of three layers; the strawberry syrup below, the matcha mixture at the middle and the most predominant one, and Lastly the Cream on the top.

🍓 The Strawberry — Represents the Sweetness of God's Love and the original creation—simple, pure, and universally appealing. It's the grounding, comforting element.

🍵 The Matcha — Represents the Mysterious, Energizing Presence. It's the vibrant green force, the bitter wisdom that wakes you up and permeates the whole experience. It's the "spirit" that doesn't just sit there, it moves.

☁️ The Cream — Represents the Mediation and Transformation. It's what takes the bitter truth (matcha) and the sweet promise (strawberry) and binds them together, making the whole thing perfectly harmonious. ✨ CHRISTMAS DRINK SHOWDOWN! ✨

Last Saturday, our Café Libre volunteers came together in the joy of fellowship to create their own Christmas drinks! ☕ Each drink was crafted with creativity, love, and a heart full of service. A total of 8 drinks competed to become Café Libre’s official Christmas Special Drink.

It was a friendly and fun competition as our volunteers shared their talents, all while celebrating the blessings of this season. ❤️

Our mid-year team gathering (which included baristas and sharers) last Saturday was a beautiful mix of stories, laughter, and friendly barista competition!

We got to hear how Café Libre has been a blessing to many visitors in church—a place where people feel seen, welcomed, and encouraged. Many have found meaningful connections here, with some now part of fellowships and even serving in church. 🙌

Through games, we shared laughs and got to know each other even more. And our baristas? They brought their A-game in the Barista Skill Challenge! 🔥

Grateful for a community that brews more than just coffee—it brews connection and Christ-centered purpose.

Last Saturday, we hosted our Basic Latte Art Workshop, and what a beautiful day it was! With two full batches of participants from our church community, the café was filled with creativity, laughter, and a shared love for coffee.

From first-time pours to emerging latte art skills, it was more than just a workshop—it was fellowship in action. We’re so blessed to witness the gifts and curiosity of each participant come to life in every swirl and heart-shaped pour.
