Six years ago, I had ₱6,000 and an idea, but no clue how far it would go.

I didn’t have a perfect plan. I was just trying to make something I believed in work. One cup, one order, and one customer at a time.

Somehow, that little idea became But First, Coffee. And looking back, I’m still amazed by how much has happened since then. There were beautiful moments, but there were also hard seasons, mistakes, sleepless nights, and lessons I had to learn along the way.

And through all of it, people kept showing up. People believed in us, supported us, joined the team, opened branches, shared our story, and kept choosing But First, Coffee.

So this anniversary isn’t just about how far we’ve come.
It’s about everyone who became part of the journey.

To our team, our franchise partners, our customers, our families, and everyone who has ever held a cup of But First, Coffee, thank you.

I genuinely never imagined that a ₱6,000 idea would grow into something this big.
And somehow, I have a feeling we’re only getting started.
