Lucky Golden Hotpot started simply as a conversation among siblings. An idea shared within the family eventually became a dream that all of us believed in, worked on, and brought to life together. Perhaps that is why, from the very beginning, ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฅ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ค๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ฉ๐จ๐ญ.
This first year has brought challenges, lessons, mistakes, and many opportunities to improve. Through all of them, we have been fortunate to have people who believed in what we were trying to build.
Lucky Golden Hotpot would not be here because of our family alone. It is also here because of ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ, who took the time to learn about Chinese hotpot culture, understand its flavors and traditions, and passionately share that experience with every guest who walks through our doors.
And, of course, it is here because of ๐๐๐.
Over the past year, we have welcomed so many people around our tables. Some came to experience hotpot for the first time. Some came to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. Some brought their families and friends. And some of you have become familiar faces that we are always genuinely happy to welcome back.
๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐. Looking back, we are proud of how far we have come, while knowing there is still so much ahead of us.
These are challenging times for many businesses and families alike. We have done our best to continue serving good-quality food without compromising the experience we want Lucky Golden Hotpot to represent. At the same time, we know we must adapt so that this humble house of hotpot can continue serving you for many more years.
As we celebrate our first anniversary, we hope you will continue to grow with us, with our family, with our team, and with Lucky Golden Hotpot.
