To our incredible community, The true heart of this steakhouse has always been its people. For the last nine years, I have had the absolute privilege of working alongside the strongest, most dedicated team of my career.

We started with nothing but a dream. Many thought our proof of concept would fail, yet together, we pioneered new standards in the kitchen, behind the bar, and in the way we care for our guests.

To my extraordinary Weekend team: words cannot fully express my gratitude.

As the curtains close, we take our final bow with pride. We are deeply grateful for the laughter shared, the memorable dining experiences created, and the unforgettable culinary journey we walked together with all of you. Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives.
