NEW PIZZA! Such vibrant colors on a summery pizza! The flavors of pistachio and mortadella always goes hand-in-hand, and here with some crumbled pistachios and pistachio cream for varying textures. Flavors are further amplified with some roasted peppers for some sweet earthiness, acidity and heat from the peperoncino, and an unlikely caramel ingredient, Campari reduction combined with honey for a vibrant bitter sweet finish! Lombardia, named after the hometown of Campari!
