Our family has been producing hanging rice for generations, a tradition that began with our grandparents and continues to this day. What makes our rice special is the unique way it’s wrapped in coconut leaves. This natural wrapping not only helps preserve the rice but also imparts a distinct, subtly sweet flavor. The gentle steaming process within the leaves results in rice that’s soft yet firm, with a texture that’s hard to find anywhere else.
While we don’t claim to be perfect, we take pride in the care and dedication we put into every batch. Our hanging rice isn’t just a side dish — it’s a main staple food that can be paired with almost anything. It goes wonderfully with lechon, barbecues, siomai, ngohiong, tuslob buwa, and all kinds of street foods.
