You can never go wrong with a plate of pork ribs! Bleacher’s Barbecue still cooks them the old-fashioned way. With seven hours at the pit, the ribs are rubbed with salt and pepper, then smoked over wood until tender.

Served with the sauce on the side, they’re just as good, just as tender, and they taste just like home. They aren’t marinated; instead, they’re simply smoked low and slow with time and fire.
