We dubbed this the "taking it slow tacos" as every inch of this actually takes time to make. From the hand-rolled flour tortilla to the slow and low, smoked meats. We make everything from scratch including the salsas and the pickled veggies. Limited quantities are available daily as we can't pack in that much meat in our smoker without compromising the quality.

We’ve been busy these past months experimenting and creating something new on the menu. Inspired by our belief of making do of what we have and that flavour comes from a meticulous process of time and patience, we came up with some taco recipes! Not just your typical tacos, but cheesy, meaty, spicy Texas tacos! We’ve been brining, curing, pickling, fermenting, braising, and of course smoking meats to layer in as much flavour as we can in one hand-size, homemade flour tortilla.
