A New Cafe Elysa will open soon uptown called "Cocina De La Casa". The new restaurant is located at 6 Morales Street next to Ralph's at the Back of Harold's Hotel. Resto hours 6-11pm Except for Tuesday( closed) open till 1am Fri- Sat. Opening date is Oct.8 hope to see you there.

Café Elysa will be open to celebrate the 7th Annual Gabii sa Kabilin on Friday May 31 from 6-10pm. Come for some delish Cebuano food and a quick drink or two.

Happy to say that we are back on top as Tripadvisor's no.1 restaurant in the Queen City of the south- Cebu City.

A new facebook account Cafe Elysa Arts has just been opened for art lovers who are interested in the art pieces available at Cafe Elysa.We now have the Floral collection of Paulino Carvajal on our main floor plus so many other artist both famous and obscure plus a handful of up and coming stars which will be featured on both floors.
The Cafe will be closed for the long weekend starting Friday and will reopen Tues. Night from 6-10pm.
