A desire to make a statement in the food industry of Cebu, Philippines prompted two young entrepreneurs to start ORANGE BRUTUS in 1980.These entrepreneurs ventured into the FIRST HAMBURGER CHAIN in Cebu with the vision to revolutionize the food retail industry in the Visayas. The first store was opened in Colon, Cebu City and was situated in the newest department

store then, Fairmart. It was a simple, bright, attractive and clean store, vending reasonably priced and good food to its customers. The main sellers were the charbroiled burgers and fresh fruit shakes. Through the years, more food products were introduced including the best selling sizzling burger steak and chicken brutus that we carry now. Today, Orange Brutus is known for its healthy and nutritious food. The company makes sure to always prepare the freshest ingredients. The burgers are charbroiled to ensure that meat products are low in cholesterol and are never pre-cooked. Only the freshest fruits go into the thirst-quenching fruit shakes. Moreover, only corn oil, which is one of the healthier oils, is used for all the fried items.
