Four years ago, we had a dream: to serve.
We didn’t know then exactly what Bell+Amadeus would become. We simply knew the kind of place we wanted to create—somewhere people could gather around a table, share good food, feel cared for, and leave with a memory worth keeping.
And then, you came.
Over the years, we watched these tables become part of your stories.
We witnessed first dates turn into anniversaries. We watched proposals and new beginnings. We celebrated birthdays, graduations and milestones. We welcomed families coming together, friends finally finding time for that long-overdue dinner, and people simply choosing an ordinary evening to be with someone they love.
Some of you came once.
Many of you came back.
And some of you have been with us almost from the beginning.
Along the way, Bell+Amadeus evolved too.
We learned. We stumbled. We grew. We refined our craft, strengthened our team and became more intentional about the kind of hospitality we wanted to give.
But through every version of Bell+Amadeus, one thing never changed:
The dream was always to serve.
And for four years, you gave us someone to serve.
Every reservation. Every celebration. Every recommendation to a friend. Every return visit. Every table you chose to spend an important moment around—you allowed this little dream of ours to keep going.
Bell+Amadeus is what it is today because Cebu chose to make room for us in its stories.
Perhaps that’s the most beautiful part of these four years.
We started by looking for a place where we could serve.
Somewhere along the way, we realized we had landed exactly where we were needed.
To our guests, our friends, our partners, and every member of our team who has carried this dream with us—
thank you for four unforgettable years.
The restaurant may carry our name, but so much of its story belongs to all of you.
Here’s to the tables we’ve shared, the memories we’ve witnessed, and all the stories that have yet to walk through our doors.
