Amidst countless reasons to quit, just one keeps us pushing forward.

Back in August 2023, we crossed paths with Sir Rogelio Balacuit, ranked Top 7 in the 2023 PCQC, proudly representing Lanao del Sur and the farmer behind your beloved Washed Coffee. Initially reserved, we witnessed his challenges as both a father and a farmer during our brief encounter. In the blink of an eye, we didn't hesitate to extend a helping hand (1 roll of all-weather UV Plastic Sheet). These images bring tears to our eyes. Our journey has shaped us into who we are today, and that's why we persist.

This was too good not to share! 😍 Our founder, Cha, was left in awe by the resourcefulness of the farmers in Lanao del Sur. During their visit, they stumbled upon an improvised coffee depulper crafted from the woods they'd gathered in the area, a beautiful gift from Mother Earth.

For those wondering, a coffee depulper is a machine used in coffee processing to delicately strip away the outer pulp or skin from coffee cherries, unveiling the precious beans within. Traditionally, it's crafted from metal or machine-like materials.

Isn't it amazing? These incredible people may not have all the fancy equipment, but they always find ingenious ways to bring us exceptional coffee. ☕🌱
