Our ramen is a homebody's attempt at home-made ramen--so we tried to make ramen using concepts we know of what ramen's ingredients are at a super affordable price (ramen aint cheap yeh know)
red pepper, garlic, kelp, salt sugar, soy sauce, etc., depending on the flavor we want you to experience :)
3. We aint legit-- but we did create a thick, creamy broth, the way PHAT Guys do :P Using one of our toppings, we simmer fatty strips of bacon over a low heat to juice out it's fats (not phats) and we dribble all those porky juices into your bowl of ramen.
4. Topping- The highlight of our ramen is our ajitsuke tamago (marinated egg/ramen egg) these have been soaked in a special soy solution for 2 days to develop a firm egg white and a gooey yolk oozing with sweet and salty flavors with some Bok Choy for a nice healthy crunch!
5. Soup- For temperature control and for you to enjoy your ramen hot-- we remove the water from the ramen--yes! All you have to do, is add boiling hot water as desired (you can add more to dilute our broth concentrate but you wanna go for that creamy goodness), wait for a couple of minutes for the noodles to rehydrate then mix it up! Overall, ramen should never just be plain noodles tossed in seasoning, ramen is a textural EXPERIENCE with thick, creamy, soup and firm noodles to slurp, a soft and firm egg oozing with salty and sweet soy flavor, a nice stalk of vegetable to crunch into and beautiful strip of chewy pork to hit the spot! That's a PHAT Guys Ramen!
