Mao nang kung dili nimo kaya ang pressure ug responsibility sa pagka-kusinero, UNDANG. Ayaw pagbinisaya sa kusina.

You are a chef because you love serving food to people. You’re not just doing it for a living. 👌

Because how can you trust someone to do the right thing with your customer’s food when they don’t respect or care about what they do?

I once interviewed an applicant from another restaurant. He told me one of his former co-workers got angry at a customer, so giluwaan niya ang pagkaon before gi-serve. Another applicant told me about someone who deliberately giyab-an ug daghang vetsin ang food because of frustration.

And here’s the scary part: malasahan ba sa customer nga naay niluwa sa iyang pagkaon? Of course not.

That’s why hiring the wrong person in the kitchen can destroy more than the quality of your food. It can destroy the trust your customers give your restaurant.

Hire people who take pride in their craft. People who respect the ingredients, the kitchen, the standards, and most importantly, the people they are cooking for.

Passion alone is not enough. You still need discipline, character, and proper systems. But when someone genuinely loves what they do, mas lisod para nila bastuson ang trabaho nga ilang gi-respeto.

Your customers are trusting you with something they will put inside their body.

That trust should never be taken lightly.

Start firing those people in your kitchen who don’t value and respect cooking.
