Unclaimed orders 😢
First time in 1 year operation, we experienced this. Lost profit and wasted effort tungod lang kay nakatulog na daw ang buyer despite the update na OTW na ang mudeliver. (This is btw, before the agreed delivery time). 😢
Reminder to everyone when ordering esp on small businesses: BE RESPONSIBLE because you may not know, this is the only bread and butter of the business owner. 😔
Ang ending, kami nalang nilugos ug hurot sa iyang order on a midnight. Sa whole day grind sa among Team to cater our Customer's orders, kani ra jud syay nisimang. Last order of the day napa jud, so di na namo ma offer sa lain. Ang ginansya sa tibuok adlaw, nahug ra nga diri napunta. Di sad lalim paabot ug hantod 12mn basin murespond pa diay si Sir sa among calls and messages.
Infairness to the buyer ni offer sya na iyang bayaran ang meals, pero ang MT dili kay pwede ra daw unta gbutang sa ref. Nalimot sya na malusaw ang ice and wala nay lami ang MT kung maugmaan.
