Following the magnitude 6.0 earthquake that struck Cebu at 1:06 AM today, a full safety and structural inspection was immediately conducted. We’re pleased to confirm that TOPS remains structurally sound, safe, and open to welcome you.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

This is to formally announce that TOPS is OPEN and resuming regular operations on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, following the earthquake that occurred last night, September 30.

A thorough safety and structural integrity inspection was immediately conducted on all facilities, including the most iconic landmark structure, by authorized engineering personnel.

We are pleased to confirm that the building in the most iconic landmark remains safe and structurally sound.

The safety of our guests and employees is our utmost priority. We appreciate your understanding and patience during the temporary assessment period.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to TOPS.
