After almost 5 wonderful years, it is with heavy hearts that we announce that Shimizu Kitchen will officially close on July 20, 2026.

This was not an easy decision, but due to rising costs and inflation, we are no longer able to continue operating.

To everyone who supported us—whether you dined with us, takeout, ordered through Grab, or recommended us to others—thank you. Your support has meant everything to us.

To our amazing staff, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for being the heart of Shimizu Kitchen. We couldn't have done it without you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey. We will always be grateful.
