Girasol Tagaytay is looking for a skilled and experienced Commis 1 to join our culinary team and support our restaurant and events operations.

👨‍🍳 WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

⭐ Candidates with extensive kitchen experience are highly preferred
⭐ Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
⭐ Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or events kitchen is an advantage
✔️ Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
✔️ Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
✔️ Knowledgeable in proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety
✔️ Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and during events
✔️ Preferably residing in Tagaytay, Alfonso, or nearby areas in Batangas

🔪 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking
• Prepare ingredients efficiently and according to standards
• Assist chefs and the culinary team during restaurant service
• Support food preparation and production for events and functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Help maintain consistent food quality and presentation
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
