PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Open to all Customers regardless of address. If residential address not in Baganga, the Shipping Fee of the items shall be charged to the winner.
2. Every Php 500.00 single receipt purchase of Zorbox products is equivalent to 1 raffle ticket and will entitle the customer to join the raffle promo. This includes dine-in, pick-up or delivery orders not including the delivery fee. The releasing of the raffle tickets starts on November 17, 2025 and end on December 28, 2025 at 5PM.
3. To join the raffle promo, customer must be given a raffle ticket by Zorbox Cashier after paying the total bill. 1 raffle ticket for every 500-peso purchase. Any excess that will not reach 500 pesos will not be counted as 1 ticket and shall not be accumulated to the next purchase receipt.
4. Drop the raffle entries at the designated drop boxes located inside the Zorbox store. Baganga entries must be dropped at Baganga branch only and Cateel entries at Cateel branch only. Any entries that will be dropped at the wrong branch will be invalid.
5. Deadline for submission of entries is on December 28, 2025 (5:00PM).
6. Entries will be raffled on December 28, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Zorbox Café and Restobar, Gomez St., (Beside Baybank), Brgy. Central, Baganga, Davao Oriental via Facebook Live.
7. Participants can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to his/her prize. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash. Personal appearance during the raffle draw is not required.
8. Winners will be notified via text message or phone call. Winners must present 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies of identification with photo and signature (i.e. Driver’s License, passport, SSS, TIN, NBI clearance) and raffle ticket (with control number) when claiming the prize.
9. Winners must claim their prizes at Zorbox Café and Restobar, Gomez St., (Beside Baybank), Brgy. Central, Baganga, Davao Oriental
10. Winning minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must also present his/her own identification papers when claiming the prize.
11. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification, otherwise it shall be forfeited by Zorbox Management.
12. Employees of Zorbox Café are disqualified from joining the promotion.
13. All participants of the raffle are encouraged to “LIKE” or “FOLLOW” the “ZORBOX CAFÉ & RESTOBAR – BAGANGA” FACEBOOK PAGE.
