🎯 About the Role:
Assistant Operations Manager:
Responsible for ensuring that all Crispy King branches operate efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards. This role focuses on operational excellence, monitoring people/employee performance, sales growth, customer service/satisfaction, food quality, inventory control, and store compliance.
💼 Qualifications:
-at least graduate of 4yr course - preferably a BSBA graduate;
-w/experience in restaurant, or retail operations;
-strong leadership and coaching skills;
-excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
-willing to travel to multiple branches;
-willing to commit with the company tagline “Be part of the solution, not a problem."
