Come see us at the 2nd Siargao Food & Wine Festival! 🌊

For this one, our very own Chef Agnes Sanchez is stepping a little outside her usual coastal comfort zone and getting a bit more refined.

She’s been having fun with flavors and ideas from places that have been inspiring her latelyβ€”from her favorite chai latte at The Beachbaby Cafe, to her love for Latin American flavors, and a few things she picked up from her recent trip through Indonesia.

We’re not giving everything away just yet… but expect familiar island ingredients, unexpected combinations, and a few dishes that are very much not your usual Fin & Fin.
