Fried corn tortilla topped with catch-of-the-day kinilaw and Mexican chili crunch.

Shrimp Aguachile
Fried corn tortilla topped with shrimp cured in tart chili sauce and cilantro-avocado spread.

For me, food has always been more than what’s on the plate. It’s a way to connect, share stories, understand each other, and become part of a place.

Grateful to be here in Siargao, cooking, learning, and connecting with the community through food.
