In fact, we highly encourage all our booked clients to visit our main commissary for their food tasting whenever their schedule allows.

One thing we've realized after catering countless events is that on the actual event day, most couples and celebrants hardly get the chance to enjoy the food they've carefully selected. They're busy greeting guests, taking photos, following the program, and creating memories.

That's why we want you to experience your menu before your big day.

We intentionally conduct our food tastings at our main commissary because we believe it's the best way to showcase our food at its finest.

Unlike food that has already been packed and delivered, the dishes you'll taste at our commissary are served fresh from our kitchen,just as they are meant to be enjoyed. Travel time, transportation, and holding conditions can naturally affect the temperature, texture, and even the presentation of food. Some dishes simply don't tell their full story after spending time on the road.

At our commissary, you'll experience the food the way we intended ,freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and at its best.

More importantly, it's an opportunity for us to sit down with you, discuss your event, answer your questions, receive your feedback, and ensure you're 100% confident with the menu you've chosen.
