B I N A H O G - a food term used in Cardona,Rizal,a rice with menudo toppings, Binahugan sa Patunhay is a hangout place by our local fisherfolks in the early 60"s during the time of my grand parents (mananakag,magbabaklar,magrarahig) before or after their work they used to have a coffe break with fried rice & minudo toppings they're always in a hurry thats why they call it "ibahog mo na" & later

on BINAHOG , in the 80"s the time of my father, it was a salikwaan of a mini bus driver(" tems") whos route is recto to Morong or Tanay & viceversa before they go to manila they dropby to eat BINAHOG..... & today to my time different folks of diff.walks is my costumer......... from generations to generations BINAHOG will always be with you......salamat sa inyong walang sawang pagtangkilik : )
