Our crews, together with Task Force Kapatid, are currently working on repairing lateral lines and fixing cut service drop wires in affected areas

Hello po. Please do the following procedure para po sa affected ng brownout.

1. I-level po ung mga Ice Cream sa loob ng freezer. Dapat po pantay pantay po sila hanggat sa maaari.
2. Once level na po or pantay pantay ang Ice Cream, lagyan po ng karton yung ibabaw, dapat po matatakluban po lahat ng ice cream at kung maari walang singaw. (Hindi po sa taas ng freezer ilalagay ang karton sa loob po dapat ng freezer)
3. Sa ibabaw po ng karton, para makasigurado po tayo na wala talagang singaw, palagyan po ng kumot yung ibabaw ng karton. Mas maganda po kung mas makapal.
4. Important: during brownout po, wag po muna tayong mabebenta para maiwasan ang laging pag bukas ng freezer.
5. After po ng brownout, please wait po ng atleast 1hr para patigasin ulit ang ice cream.
6. Pagtuloy tuloy na po na meron ng kuryente, remove na po natin ang karton at kumot at please update nyo po kami sa status po ng ice cream.
