Sumlang Lake Eco Park remains safe to visit despite the recent ashfall caused by the Mayon Volcano lava dome collapse. As of this time, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲.

Please be assured that the park management is well-prepared and has established standard operating procedures and protocols to address such situations.

In the event that ashfall affects the area, designated evacuation points are fully equipped and ready to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff. The safety and security of our tourists and visitors remain our top priority at all times.

We also extend our thoughts and prayers to our fellow Albayanos who have been severely affected by the ashfall. Your safety and resilience remain in our hearts during this time. 🙏🙏
