🍪 Choco chip cookies (i used almond flour)
🥯 Butter cookies ( gluten free flour)
🧆 Japanese siomai
🍝 Pancit palabok (corn starch as thickener)
🍩 Healthy banana doughnuts (gluten free flour & GF coconut flour)
🍞 Banana bread (gluten free APF)
🫔 Fresh lumpia (gluten free flour)
🥯 Dinner roll (GF flour)
🥧 Coconut macarons
🥮 Butter scotch (GF flour)
🍖 Pork embutido
🍗 Chicken embutido
🎂 GF chocolate cake (almond & gf coconut flour)
🍕 Pizza (GF flour & GF tomatoe sauce)

I started cooking and baking gluten free since January 2023 when my daughter was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. It's hard to feed her because almost all dine out foods are mixed with gluten. I'm learning to cook different gluten free recipes so she can still eat as if she doesn’t have gluten allergy 👩🏻‍🍳
