Good news is we are moving to a bigger place. 😄

This will make me serve you harder, better, faster, stronger (for the daft punk fans out there lol!).

So thankful for your patience a continued patronage! This will be impossible without you guys. 🫡

Bad news is there will be some random half day roastery closure from time to time as I visit the site. Midweek lang. Certainly not on a Monday or Friday.

There will also be a SHORT HIATUS on the first few days of September or October as we move in. I will try messaging everyone.

100% Arabica from Daguma Mt. Range in Sultan Kudarat is back in rotation again.

If this is your first time trying this bean:

In the cup: For the milk chocolate lovers = rich chocolate tones, classic Daguma 🤤. Delicious almond nut base. Dried fruit. A very peculiar and personally, I find pleasant, note of caramelized sweet corns. With an herbal sweet pepper like taste slightly creeping into the finish. A whiff of earthy smokiness completes the chocolateyness *tongue twister for the day*. Good body.

Hello! Hope everyone is having an awesome time today. Happy New Year!!! Again, "Helluva Year" nanaman. Haha. Quite fitting. Muntik na ako magsara, tapos constantly sira pa tong roaster. Ahaha. But as I have always lived by since the beginning - "Fortune favors the bold". So I say, hold tighter pa nga for 2025. Mug in hand. ☕️

Anyway, what's with the photo? It's weird but I have always this anxiety driven hope today that I need to vent something inspirational to you guys. Lmao. So skip this part kasi nacocornihan din ako dito. 🤣 Backstory is dyan lang ako nagroroast ng coffee dati (it had a rotating stainless drum on top). I was below poverty line, so I just made do of what I have. Not saying I'm filthy rich now ah, but I'm finally above of the damn line. Haha. Hope it motivates you too this coming new year. Nothing is impossible. 💪

AND WE ARE BACK. Sorry for the mini heart attack. I thought the electronics damage was extensive. Minimal lang pala. Had a spare of the exploded fan too, that I thought won't work, but it did.

Sorry if you keep seeing this happening. It's bound to happen. With complicated machines like this. Too many tiny moving parts, electronics etc.... But...

Good news is next year, I will be getting another roasting machine so this frequent downtime won't be as frequent as it is. Already processing purchase of a larger piece of land to accomodate these huge machines. Imagine the financial burden of doing that, plus inflation pa. Kaya natagalan talaga. Sorry. 🥲 But finally!

The repair might take 1-3 weeks. Humbly asking for your patience again.
