Entire barangays of Calbayog City including Tinambacan and Oquendo Districts

While power along San Agustin Substation (Feeders 6 &7) will be briefly interrupted for about 20 minutes in the MORNING (between 6:00AM -7:00AM) during isolation and another 20-minute interruption in the AFTERNOON (between 5:00PM -6:00PM) during normalization process
