Objectives:

Skilled Chef
• Ensure food quality and consistency in every dish
• Supervise kitchen operations and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
• Train and guide kitchen staff

Line Cook
• Prepare and cook menu items efficiently
• Follow standard recipes and portioning
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Assist in daily kitchen preparation
• Ensure timely serving of orders

Kitchen Aid
• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Organize ingredients and supplies
• Support overall kitchen operations during service hours
