๐ฉโ๐ป Cashier/Admin Staff
Do you have a friendly smile and a knack for organization? We need a cashier/admin staff who can efficiently handle transactions and wear a few other hats! You'll be the welcoming face of our diner, ensuring smooth transactions and contributing to our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process cash and mobile payments.
- Manage orders through our page.
- Efficiently handle and dispatch Foodpanda orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, specifically) for business.
- Detail-oriented with a good memory for menu items and prices.
- Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and online ordering platforms is highly desirable.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Are you a culinary enthusiast eager to learn and grow? Our kitchen is the heart of our diner, and we're searching for a dedicated kitchen crew member. You'll be an essential part of our diner, helping to prepare dishes and contributing your creativity to our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head cook with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory and inform supervisors of supplies needed.
- Actively participate in menu development discussions, offering ideas for new dishes, specials, and improvements to existing items.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage, but not strictly required for a highly motivated individual.
- A strong passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a willingness to experiment with flavors and ingredients.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

As our Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing delightful customer experiences, and showcasing your passion for the art of coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Ensure the highest quality of every drink, paying attention to grind size, extraction, and milk steaming.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage coffee bean inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a barista (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Formal barista training/certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting processes, and various brewing methods is a plus.
- Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
