It's a good day for some cheesy overload nachos using our very own garlic Longganisang Hubad for merienda.

Ingredients:
500G Longganisang Hubad Original
1 tsp oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pack tortilla chips
2 tablespoons sliced pickled jalapeño
1 tbsp olives
1tsp sugar
Chili flakes (optional)
Cheese

Directions:
1. Prepare the Dip:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add longganisang hubad & diced tomatoes. Cook & stir for about 10 minutes.

2. Assemble and arrange the Nachos.

3. Sprinkle with chili flakes, olives and jalapeños. (Optional)

500g pack of Longganisang Hubad can fit 1kg of nachos or 8-10 servings

They are all tender, flavorful, and no artificial preservatives. Among these three pork variants, my most favorite is their Pork Steak. It is seasoned already but you may still add more onions and squeeze a few pieces of calamansi for more enjoyable meal. ✨🍽️⁣
