Start with these 5 small but mighty steps:
🥗 Kain ng maayos, besh. Hindi porket may gulay sa burger, balanced diet na 'yon.
🏃♀️ Galaw-galaw din. Kahit mini stretch lang habang nagti-TikTok, count 'yan.
😴 Matulog ng sapat. Hindi 'yung “power nap” na 3 hours lang tapos coffee agad.
💧 Tubig is life. Hindi lang pang-detox—pang-survive, pang-glow-up, pang-buhay.
🧘♀️ Hinga muna. Deep breathing or konting meditation, para di ka mag-breakdown sa GC drama.
Hindi ito one-time big-time fix—but it’s a good start.
Simulan mo na… your body (and mental health) will thank you later. 💚
