Don’t wait for a health scare bago mo alagaan sarili mo.

Minsan kasi, saka lang natin nare-realize gaano kahalaga ang kalusugan ‘pag may nararamdaman na. Pero sana, ‘di kailangan umabot doon.

🍵 Uminom ng tubig.
😴 Matulog ng maaga.
🏃‍♀️ Maglakad kahit 10 minutes.
🧠 Mag-pause from screens and stress.

Simpleng bagay—pero malaking tulong.
