CHICKEN PASTIL (PATER)
- A maranao dish that usually sold as shreded chicken meat with turmeric and other amazing flavours covered in banana leaves with rice inside. This dish in our menu is somehow recognized when authentic people tried to have a taste of it. Its cultural representation makes it way more special.
