We sincerely apologize to our valued customers, especially those in Uptown CDO, Carmen, and Patag area, whose orders were not fulfilled.
Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders with only limited delivery time, we were unfortunately unable to complete all deliveries. While we are truly grateful for the support, we acknowledge that we should have managed our capacity more effectively, and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.
To prevent this from happening again and to ensure smoother operations, in the meantime, we will only be accommodating bulk orders with a minimum of 5 kilos per order. This temporary measure will help us manage demand more effectively while maintaining the freshness and quality of our shrimps.
Once again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We value your trust and deeply regret falling short of the service you deserve.
