Missing our Pistachio Scrolls. 🥹💚

We actually started working on this flavor back in January. Our first few tests didn’t turn out how we wanted; the filling was too wet, the pistachio flavor was too light, and even our mini version didn’t work because the glaze kept melting in the heat.

We took a break from testing pistachio for a while, but we couldn’t just give up. Last month, we finally got it right. The flavor, the texture, and the glaze were exactly how we wanted them.

Safe to say, it became one of your favorites. 💚
