One year ago, our doors opened for the first time.
But long before there were customers at the tables and familiar faces walking through the door, there were people behind the scenes believing this little place could become something.
So on our first anniversary, we want to thank them.
To Tita G, thank you for believing in this dream from the beginning and for being someone she could always count on while turning an idea into something real.
To our bossing, James Brew quite literally would not be James Brew without you. You didn’t just support the dream, you built this menu brick by brick, dish by dish, through countless experiments, taste tests, and “what if we tried this?” conversations.
To the Llacunas, thank you for being some of our most constant customers and biggest supporters. You showed up again and again, ate here, drank here, brought people here, and kept choosing us. 🤎
To our friends, thank you for sharing our posts, bringing people through our doors, celebrating the wins, surviving the rants, and supporting this little dream.
To our team, thank you for giving James Brew its heartbeat. Somewhere along the way, this stopped being one person’s dream and became something all of you helped build.
