Sakana MAKI SUSHI Japanese food inspired Filipino cuisine. Our version of maki is name SAKANA MAKI. Sakana in Japanese term means "fish" or seafood.

"SAKANA MAKI" is the name of the product our group has created; this product conforms the objective of the group which is to provide a quality sushi dessert which can complete with the taste of the existing sushi in a high class Japanese restaurant. It provide a much healthier and affordable option to its consumers by using this root vegetable which is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber that are essential for optimal health. The group also aims to change the current market demand of tomato, tilapia as to help the farmers and fisherman which are living in complacement ground of poverty. Our proposed site location is near beside the Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School fronting the main streets of Velez which is one of the busiest places here in the City of Cagayan de Oro City. The concept of Maki, the art of its process and preparation are Japanese in nature. However, the group was inspired to conceptualize its Filipino version, a more innovative product maximizing the abundance of our local products.
