Water makes up 98% of a cup of coffee, yet its role is often overlooked. Different water solutions—varying in mineral content, pH levels, and total dissolved solids (TDS)—can drastically impact extraction, mouthfeel, acidity, and overall flavor.
Join us for an interactive tasting session with Rj Visto, a seasoned cup taster and brewing enthusiast, as we explore how different water compositions influence coffee profiles.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓:
🎯 1-3 PM – RJ Visto will brew the same beans using different water solutions. Participants will taste and compare the differences to understand how water affects coffee extraction and flavor clarity.
🎯 3 PM onwards – A friendly mini-competition, where participants will spin the wheel to determine which water solution they must use in their brew. Adaptability and technique will be put to the test!
