The round that my grinder had to explode and the beans scattered at the stage, and the most mistake is i left that aeropress of mine back stage. But then , manage to win that round resulting to a juicy and fruity brew. The next rd was a head to head battle with a former champ. We lose yet we learn, a great experience and support from colleagues are the prizes i gained. Thank you , will do better next time.

First competition and using my very first manual brewing equipment.
Not bad for getting to the semis. Thank you for the support guys, especially to maam Lolit of Casa De Canitoan and to Sir June our manager. You pushed me to this and it is the beginning of unending brewing.

It will be a part of our services at our cafe. We will continue learning and we will continue brewing specialty coffee. THANK YOU
