Heyyy you guys, 👀 here! As more and more of you start to enjoy our Chicken Crispies at the comfort of your own home, here are a few reminders on how to prep them:
1 - make sure the pack is thoroughly thawed before cooking. These packs are individually vacuum sealed and stored to be in a rock hard state to keep its freshness for a longer period of time. This means you have to make sure to have a few hours in advance to throw the pack out of the fridge place in a clean dry place at room temp to allow easier cooking by the time it's fully thawed.
2 - once thawed and manageable, open the pack and check the cuts of the chicken crispies. Since these chicken skin came straight up from the chicken breasts used for our ever flavorful chiken pops, some of the skin might be un-cut or in big pieces/chunks that you might wanna slice first to your preferred sizes before cooking them in the pan.
3 - the product in the package is already lightly seasoned and ready to cook, however feel free to add more seasoning to suit your taste :)
4 - make sure you deep fry the chicken skin in a hot oil on a temperature recommended for frying until it reaches a golden brown color. Once desired color is achieved remove crispies from oil and let it rest in an absorbent kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
