With regard to the recent incident regarding a facebook post, we understand where you're coming from. We sincerely apologize for what had happened, and we take full responsibilities for the unwanted experience. As we continue to grow our business, we always listen to our customers. To make amends in our system we will continue to improve our services and rest assured that any like incident will never happen again.
As a sincere sorry for the circumstance yesterday that might have caused them stress and anxiety and, of course, a possible harm to the goodwill that Steve's Restaurant has established over the years.
