Upon careful inspection, we have identified the unethical behavior done by a crew during that time. We would like to formally apologize for the inconvenience this have brought. Rest assured that the involved crew member during that time has already been properly dealt with by the management.

We believe that every customer should be properly served with their ordered food as intended. Any fraudulent behavior of our staff is seriously taken into matter and will be directly disciplined by the management of our branch, as it is part of our responsibility to provide excellent service.
