โœ… Salt & pepper to taste
โœ… Cooking oil (pang-prito)

โœ… 1/2 kg pork belly / pork maskara (chopped)
โœ… 1 cup pork blood
โœ… 1 sibuyas, chopped
โœ… 4 cloves bawang, minced
โœ… 2 siling haba ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
โœ… 1/2 cup s**a
โœ… 2 tbsp bagoong isda (optional, pang-umami)
โœ… 2 tbsp cooking oil
โœ… 2 cups pork stock / tubig
โœ… Salt & pepper to taste

โœ… 500g ground pork
โœ… 2 pcs patatas (potatoes), diced
โœ… 1 pc carrots, diced
โœ… 1 cup green peas
โœ… 1 pc bell pepper, chopped
โœ… 3 cloves garlic, minced
โœ… 1 onion, chopped
โœ… 1 cup tomato sauce
โœ… 1 tbsp soy sauce
โœ… 1/2 cup water
โœ… Salt & pepper to taste
โœ… Cooking oil

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ How to Cook:
1๏ธโƒฃ Sautรฉ garlic & onion. Add ground pork. Cook until light brown.
2๏ธโƒฃ Season with soy sauce, then add tomato sauce + water. Let simmer.
