Just finished roasting our Brazil Fazenda Omni Roast ☕️🇧🇷

I went with a lighter, more developed profile that keeps the sweetness and character of the Brazil while making it versatile enough for different brew methods.

Perfect for V60, pour over, Americano, and espresso. Expect a nice balance of sweetness, body, and gentle acidity with those classic Brazil chocolate and caramel vibes.
